Container Grades
There are a few different grades of shipping containers, and the grade will affect both the price and the quality of the container. Here is a brief overview of the different grades:
New Build Container
New Build (NB) containers are the best quality, and they will usually be made with new or nearly-new materials. These containers will be in excellent condition, with no dents or scratches. NB containers will typically be the most expensive option.
A Grade Container

B Grade Container
Grade B containers are still high-quality, but they may have been used before and may show some wear and tear. These containers will be in good condition overall, but you may find a few dents or scratches here and there. Grade B containers will usually be less expensive than Grade A containers.
C Grade Container
Grade C containers are the lowest quality, and they will often be made with used or damaged materials. These containers may have significant wear and tear, and you may find many dents or scratches. Grade C containers will typically be the least expensive option.
