DELIVERY OPTIONS.

Tilt Tray

The tilt tray delivery option is the most common delivery method. The container rests on a set of wheels attached to a hydraulic tilt tray which lowers the container to the ground for easy off-loading. This delivery method requires clear access to the delivery site as the truck needs to reverse into position.

Hiab Crane

Hiab delivery is an alternative delivery method which can be used where there are height or access restrictions at the delivery site. The shipping container is delivered using a crane mounted on the back of a delivery truck. The crane lifts the container off the truck and swings it around into position for off-loading. This delivery method is often used where there are trees, power lines or other obstacles that could prevent a tilt tray truck from accessing the site.

Side Loader

The tilt tray delivery option is the most common delivery method. The container rests on a set of wheels attached to a hydraulic tilt tray which lowers the container to the ground for easy off-loading. This delivery method requires clear access to the delivery site as the truck needs to reverse into position.

Delivery Restrictions

Access to the delivery site must be considered when ordering a container as the delivery truck access requirements will need to be met. It is also important to consider the size of the delivery vehicle and whether it will be able to access your proposed delivery site. If you are unsure whether your delivery site will meet the requirements, please feel free to contact our team who can assist you further. The following is usually being considered for all shipping container deliveries:

01

The address or delivery site location.

03

The dimensions of the container being delivered (length x width x height).

02

Delivery restrictions such as height limits, weight limits, narrow roads, or delivery during business hours only.

04

The type of container being delivered (e.g. 20ft Standard Shipping Container, 40ft High Cube Shipping Container).
