A durable and relocatable amenities solution designed to serve the depot today and adapt to future City sites.
Modulate’s lubestation containers are designed to provide a durable, practical and secure housing solution for lubrication, fluid storage and servicing-related site operations. Built using Modulate’s container-based construction approach, these units are well suited to demanding industrial environments where strength, transportability and day-to-day usability matter. With custom and widened build capability, Modulate can adapt the housing to suit different operational layouts, servicing access requirements and site conditions.
The Lubestation Container Range provides a flexible starting point for containerised servicing and support spaces. Whether the project requires a compact enclosure for essential lubrication activity or a larger format with more room for storage, access and equipment clearance, each build is designed to deliver a hard-wearing modular solution that supports efficient site use and long-term reliability.
A compact Lubestation container suited to smaller servicing setups where efficient fluid storage, dispensing, and day-to-day site use are required.
A larger Lubestation container that provides more room for fluid storage, dispensing equipment, servicing access, and additional operational capacity.
A compact widened Lubestation that offers more internal space for equipment layout, servicing access, and safer day-to-day operation in a smaller footprint.
A full-length widened Lubestation designed for projects that need greater storage capacity, improved internal workflow, and more room for fluid handling equipment.
Additional options can be incorporated to better align the lubestation container with site conditions, servicing requirements and operational workflow. From access and security upgrades to ventilation, storage and wider configurations, each unit can be configured to support practical day-to-day use in demanding environments.
Add air operated hose reels to improve dispensing efficiency, reduce manual handling, and make hoses easier to pull out and retract during day-to-day site use.
Include external re-fill points to make replenishment faster, safer, and more practical without disrupting internal workflow.
Add level monitoring systems to improve visibility of stored fluids and support better stock control and maintenance planning.
Incorporate an in-built generator and compressor to support more independent operation in remote or service-limited locations.
Enhance visibility and safety with internal and external lighting suited to day-to-day operation, servicing, and night-shift.
Add mid-racks to increase storage capacity and create a more organised internal layout for equipment and supplies.
Include decanting benches with taps to make dispensing into smaller drums and containers cleaner, easier, and more controlled.
Tailor the Lubestation with a project-specific configuration of oil, coolant, grease dispensing equipment, and waste oil evacuation to suit your site requirements.

We deliver portable and modular container buildings across Australia and throughout the Pacific region including New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and New Caledonia. Delivery options are selected based on the unit dimensions and the conditions of your site.
A tilt tray truck is ideal for transporting many standard container modules and offers simple loading and unloading for straightforward access sites.
A side loader is suited to tight, narrow or restricted sites where traditional unloading methods are not possible. Its ability to place the container module level and parallel to the truck ensures precise positioning in constrained locations.
A flat top trailer is used for widened container units or for buildings that require crane placement on arrival. This provides excellent stability during transport and ensures the container module arrives safely and ready for installation.
Start with a wide or standard container and tailor it to your needs.
Choose from Site Buildings, Hospitality, or Other Builds and modify.
