James leads Atrada Group and helps set the direction, standards and capability behind Modulate. Having grown up around the business and joined full-time in 2010, he combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with experience in product development and innovation. He is focused on turning well-designed ideas into practical solutions and ensuring the teams behind Modulate have the support and resources to deliver reliably.

Jeff supports the planning and delivery of complex Modulate projects, drawing on three decades of experience across mining, oil and gas, and commercial construction. Having progressed from tradesman to senior management, he understands both frontline realities and project-level requirements. His experience in compliance, contracts and stakeholder engagement helps keep teams aligned, risks managed and projects moving towards a successful handover.

Jared oversees the manufacturing environment that brings Modulate designs to life. With a practical background spanning carpentry, wholesale operations and facilitation, he combines hands-on problem-solving with a positive, solutions-focused approach. He works with the production team to tackle complex challenges, maintain momentum and achieve the best practical outcome for each build—not simply the easiest one.

Rebecca is often the first point of contact for clients planning a Modulate building. She takes the time to understand how the space will be used, the site requirements and the priorities behind the project, then helps shape a clear path forward. From initial enquiry through quoting and internal handover, Rebecca keeps communication straightforward and brings the right specialists into the conversation.

Jacob turns early project information into clear, considered estimates. He reviews drawings, specifications, options and project requirements, working closely with sales, design and suppliers to prepare practical and complete quotations. His attention to detail helps identify important decisions early and gives clients a reliable basis for moving their project into design and production.

Elliott develops the drawings and layouts that bring each Modulate project into focus. He translates client requirements into practical, buildable documentation, balancing functionality, available space and production considerations. By working closely with estimating, design and the wider delivery team, Elliott helps resolve details early and keeps projects moving smoothly from concept towards manufacture.

Sebastien leads Modulate’s marketing and communications, turning technical capability and project experience into clear, useful information for clients. He brings more than a decade of experience in construction marketing and business development, gained across six countries and several leadership roles. Across brand, content, digital and sales support, he helps Modulate present a consistent, practical and credible message in every market.

Andy manages the procurement and supplier coordination that help keep Modulate projects moving. Since first joining Atrada in 2007, he has built experience across sales, warehouse operations and procurement, giving him strong product knowledge and a practical understanding of the supply chain. Logical, detail-focused and solutions-oriented, Andy works behind the scenes to secure the right materials and support reliable, efficient project delivery.

Yogita oversees Atrada Group’s finance function, providing clear reporting, forecasting and cash-flow management across the business. Her attention to detail and commercial insight help the team make confident decisions, plan resources and support dependable delivery for Modulate clients. A thoughtful listener and skilled numbers specialist, Yogita turns financial information into practical guidance that strengthens the group’s operations and long-term direction.
