Modulate delivered a custom built two storey modular office complex for InfraBuild, designed to support the operational needs of one of Australia’s leading steel manufacturers.

Spanning 225 square metres, the facility was engineered using a combination of eight 20ft (6m 3.5m) and two 40ft containers to create a light filled, highly functional workspace that maximises comfort, efficiency and usability.

The result is a robust and visually appealing office environment with all insulation, services and finishes fully integrated, providing a seamless solution for modern industrial teams.
